Our Mission

Event staffing is complex. Coordinating supervisors and crew across multiple venues, customers, and time zones requires real-time visibility, instant communication, and rapid emergency response. Traditional tools—spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and radio—break down at scale.

Publish info pages targeted to specific staff roles. Chat system (in development) enables direct admin-to-user and user-to-admin messaging.

MassiveLive is built by a small team of developers and event operations professionals who have experienced the challenges of managing large-scale events firsthand. We've worked festivals, conferences, and sports events—and we've seen how fragmented tools and manual processes create chaos.
