MassiveLIVE collects and processes personal data to provide staffing, communications, and safety features for events.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, optional phone number.
• Operational data: assignments, messages, photos, and info page reads.
• Location data: optional, only when users opt-in and are on duty.

How we use data

• To authenticate users and authorize access to event resources.
• To enable chat, photo uploads, and information sharing.
• To provide live location sharing and SOS alerts to supervisors.

Retention

Data is retained according to customer-configured policies. Photos and messages may be purged after the event.

Security

Passwords are hashed. API access uses JWT with refresh tokens. All traffic is protected with TLS.
